Timothy M. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan began his career serving in the U.S. Navy as a JAG Attorney. While stationed in Washington D.C., Tim earned an advanced tax law degree from Georgetown University, graduating with distinction. Upon his discharge from the Navy, he spent several years representing clients in tax matters at two of the country’s largest accounting and law firms. Mr. Sullivan then served as General Counsel and Treasurer of a large manufacturing company in Northeast Ohio.
In 2000, Mr. Sullivan entered the collection industry. Today, he serves as the Managing Attorney of the firm and as President of our affiliated collection agency, HS Financial Group. Mr. Sullivan serves as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General. In this capacity, he represents the State in non-bankruptcy and bankruptcy matters involving dozens of different State departments.
Tim graduated from Vanderbilt University and obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) from Georgetown University.

Jeff Koberg has been practicing law since 1990. His areas of practice include: Commercial Litigation-Creditor’s Rights, Retail Litigation-Creditor’s Rights, Foreclosure Representation, and Loan Workouts. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Jeff brings extensive knowledge to the management team through his knowledge gained from 26 years of Creditor’s Rights and Commercial Collections.
Mr. Koberg graduated with a B.S. in Public Policy, Public Personnel Management, and Public Finance from Indiana University and earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
Hunter Seide
Hunter Seide was licensed to practice law in 2020. He began his career at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, working as a litigator in the Juvenile Justice Unit and General Felony Unit. In 2022, Mr. Seide joined the Law Offices of Timothy M. Sullivan
Mr. Seide graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio State University and obtained his law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Aaron Westlake
In 2023, Aaron Westlake began working as Of Counsel to Law Offices of Timothy Sullivan. Aaron is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, and criminal defense.
A cum laude graduate of Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, Aaron has been licensed to practice law in Indiana since 2010, in Florida since 2011, and in Ohio since 2016. Aaron is also admitted to practice in the Indiana Northern and Southern district federal courts.
After law school, Aaron moved back to his home town of Fort Wayne where he started his legal career with the Thomas Law Firm, P.C., a boutique litigation firm based out of the Fort Wayne area. Aaron moved back to the Indianapolis area in 2012, but he continued to work for the Thomas Law Firm until 2018. While with the Thomas Law Firm, Aaron gained substantial experience in many areas of law, including civil litigation, criminal defense, contract drafting and review, and appellate practice. In 2018, Aaron took his career in a new direction when he accepted a position as a Planned Giving Officer with the Riley Children’s Foundation. As a Planned Giving Officer, Aaron was able to use his legal knowledge of estate planning and tax law to assist generous donors who wished to make impactful gifts for the benefit of Riley Hospital for Children. Although Aaron very much enjoyed his time with the Riley Children’s Foundation, he did miss representing clients in the active practice of law. After 3.5 years with the Riley Children’s Foundation, Aaron decided to open his own law practice, Westlake Law, LLC.
